A. Shipping Costs (USD)

B. Processing Time, Transit Time & Order Cut-Off

Order Processing (Handling)

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Transit Time

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Urgent Shipping (if available): approximately 3–7 business days

Transit times are estimates and begin after the order is processed and dispatched. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, holidays, and remote-area logistics.

We ship internationally. Available countries and shipping options will be shown at checkout.

C. Delivery & Carrier

We use international shipping partners and carriers to deliver orders. The carrier used may vary depending on destination, warehouse location, and logistics availability.

D. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to update the delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@purewove.com.

Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, you may request a cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible and you should refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend taking clear photos of the outer packaging and the items inside as soon as possible.

  • If possible, you may refuse delivery and ask the courier to record the damage.
  • If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, contact us promptly for next steps.

G. Taxes & Duties

We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis in many destinations, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are included in the product price where DDP is available.

In rare cases (depending on local regulations or carrier requirements), additional charges may be requested by the destination authority. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will support you as best we can.
