1. Cancellation
We can accept cancellation requests before an order is shipped (or, where applicable, before it enters production/fulfillment). If your order is successfully cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, please refer to the return process below after you receive the parcel.
2. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items. You may request a return within 30 days after you receive your order.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging (where possible), including tags/accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Important notes
- Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
- Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (including returns). No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
To obtain the return address and instructions, please email support@purewove.com with your order number and the reason for return.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider and bank processing times.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please try the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — some refunds require additional processing time.
